1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueLearning's educational platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use License

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account

4. Course Access and Content

Upon enrollment in a course, you will be granted access to course materials for the duration specified in your enrollment. TrueLearning reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time
• Update course content and materials without prior notice
• Limit access to certain features or content
• Remove or restrict access to content that violates these terms

All course content, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials, remain the property of TrueLearning and are protected by copyright laws.

5. Payment Terms

Certain services or features may require payment. By purchasing a course or service, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• Promptly update your account and payment information
• Pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect
• Be responsible for all applicable taxes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product information, or issues identified by our credit fraud department.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrueLearning and its licensors. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TrueLearning.

7. User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow you to post, submit, publish, or display content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the content you post
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• Use and posting of the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TrueLearning, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity

• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the platform for any purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on TrueLearning's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. TrueLearning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrueLearning or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TrueLearning's platform, even if TrueLearning or a TrueLearning authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
